Return Policy

Returning/Exchanging Merchandise

To Return Internet Orders by Mail:
  • Please fill out the form provided with your online order and include it along with the original packaging, paperwork, and merchandise.
  • Allow 7-14 days for processing.
  • Returns will not be accepted for clearance or custom items.
  • Defective items may be replaced with like items only.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags, and in their original packaging. We will not return or exchange items that appear to be worn, washed, or missing their original packaging.
  • When returning merchandise, we suggest selecting a shipping method that provides a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. Keep a copy of these details for your records. Gameday Spirit is not responsible for any lost returns for which proof of delivery cannot be provided.
  • Gameday Spirit is not responsible for any shipping costs, for exchanges or returns, unless it is a mistake on our part.  Gameday Spirit will not refund order shipping fees unless the return is because of our error.
  • All refunds will be given via the same method used on your original purchase.
  • Returns must be sent to the proper store address from purchase listed below within thirty (30) days of receipt.

To Exchange Internet Orders by Mail:
  • First, list the item you would like to exchange on the paperwork you received with your merchandise.
  • Next, list the replacement product item number and size (if applicable) in the Replacement Items section of the form.
  • Please allow 7-14 days for processing.
To Return In-Store Purchases:
  • Please bring in your merchandise along with your receipt within 30 days of purchase to any of our locations.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags, and in their original packaging. We will not return or exchange items that appear to be worn, washed or missing their original packaging.
  • All returns must have the original receipt, original tags, and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.
For Gift Returns or Exchanges:
  • Please email our customer service team in the event you need to return a gift at customerservice@gamedayspirit.com
  • Gift Returns may be refunded on the original credit card of the giver or refunded to the gift recipient in the form of a Gameday Spirit gift card.
