1.) Customer is responsible for return shipping and may choose any shipping method back to our store location.
2.) Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is due to an error on the part of Gameday Spirit.
3.) All Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of receipt. All returns postmarked between 31-90 days from the date of receipt, will receive store credit towards an exchange or a future purchase(s).
4.) All products must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and in their original packaging. We will not return or exchange items that appear to be worn, washed, or missing its original packaging.
5.) When returning merchandise, we suggest selecting a shipping method that provides a tracking number and/or delivery conformation. Keep a copy of these details for your records. Gameday Spirit is not responsible for any lost returns for which proof of delivery cannot be provided.
6.) Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the original invoice/receipt.

In-Store Pick Up
As an added convenience, we also offer an "In-Store Pick Up" option for those of you who will be in town and wish to save on shipping. We will hold your order at our store for 14 days to be picked up. If you do not pick up your order within the 14 days, we will cancel your order and return your merchandise. Customers may choose to pick up their order at our campus location: 519 E Green St; or at our South Neil location: 1602 S Neil St in Champaign. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you!
Note: Once your order is ready to be picked up, a member of the Gameday Spirit Team will call you stating that your order is ready to be picked up.
Holiday Return Policy 2017-18
Any purchases made on or after November 20th, 2017 will have until January 31st, 2018 to return the merchandise for a full refund. Purchases made before November 20th may qualify for an exchange if they fall within our 90 exchange period. For more shipping details, please read our shipping policy.
