Please note that we work quickly to fulfill your orders and try our best to get them shipped within 2 business days. However, during certain times of the year when order volume increases, it may take up to 4 business days to process your order. It is also important to note that choosing expedited shipping options minimizes delivery days, not processing days.
We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons (such as weather) as to why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Please keep that in mind when placing your order.
In-Store Pick Up
When your order has been fulfilled at our warehouse you will receive an email stating your recent order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the store for pickup. One of our associates will call you once it has arrived at the store. If the phone number you provided at checkout is not the best one to reach you, please email our customer service team right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and give us an updated number.
If your order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be canceled and refunded, less a 20% restocking fee. The refund will be issued to the payment method used when placing your order.
Reminder: custom items may not be returned or exchanged (all sales final). Custom items that are not picked up within 30 days will be considered forfeited.
