How do I know when my order has been shipped?
You will be notified via email when your order is shipped out.
When can I expect my order?
We pride ourselves on shipping your order within 2-3 business days for non-custom items. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order within that time frame, you will be notified through email first. If we are unable to reach you we will attempt to call you to inform you of the delay in your order.
Can I make a change to my order?
To make a change to your order, please contact customer service over the phone at 1-800-ILLINOIS to indicate what changes you would like to make. After the call, we will work with you to fulfill your order with the changes you requested.
What type of payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Why do I have to pay sales tax?
Illinois residents will be charged the 9% Illinois Tax.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer gift cards in our stores that can be used at both store locations (519 E Green St and 1602 S Neil St) and online. However, we do not accept Gameday Spirit gift cards at ANY of the University of Illinois varsity athletic events or specialty events.
